If you have a Windows 7 or Digital River Problem...

There have been several recent posts from people having a hard time with Windows 7 downloads, keys, etc. and with Digital River support. This forum is for user questions about Expression Media - an image catalog program. The people who watch this forum don't have anything to do with Digital River or Windows Support.
There is, however, a customer advocacy group at Microsoft specifically dedicated to helping people with customer service difficulties. Please email advocate at microsoft.com. They will get to the bottom of whatever issues you are having and find the right person to help you.
