• Simplify custom add-in creation for Expression Web 3 with project template for Visual Studio

  As part of the recent Expression Web 3 Service Pack 1 release, you can once again build custom add-ins for Expression Web.  This Visual Studio project template is designed to help jump start the creation by providing sample creation of menus, toolbars, and more. In addition, it automatically creates an MSI installer project for you.

• Can't find your answer here? Try the Expression Web newsgroup

  Before the Expression community website launched, everyone hung out in the Expression Web newsgroup, asking and answering questions, and talking about design and development.
  
  When we started the community website, we didn't want to lose the collective knowledge of the newsgroup contributors, so we duplicated the conversation threads over here.  Since our launch, the forums here and the newsgroups there have been separate and we have no plans to continue migrating new posts.
  
  There are a lot of smart people in the community who prefer the newsgroups to the forums.  So, if you can't find your answer here, go on over and ask them in the  Expression Web newsgroup.  And be sure to come back and share the answer with the rest of us.
