問題Why are only some of my files deleted???

I am a photographer using EM2 to catalog my work. When editing images from the EM2 catalog made from a folder of jpegs, most are deleted from the original folder, but some are not. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason for what files mysteriously do not get deleted from the folder. For example, lets say I'm editing a job cataloged with EM2. To delete the images I'm viewing, I use this short cut, 'command + delete, then enter'. The preview and the original file go to the trash...... at least that's how it's supposed to work.

The first time I noticed this problem was on a large job that I had spent hours editing. My EM2 catalog said I had 1,352 images, the original folder still had 1,500 files in it!!!  (the folder started out with over 2,000 files). I am using an iMac 3.06 with OSX 10.5.7. I used iView for years without a hitch. Any ideas as to what is going on???

    Thanks!
