Blend 3 don't custom systems control's state?
- when i use blend 3 (chinese version) to change button's state process in template,
the "state window" is empty, not include states such as 'mouseover', 'normal' etc.

Can you please tell us if this is a WPF project or Silverlight? WPF platform (as of now) doesn't support states inside control templates, if it is Silverlight it should work.

It's WPF project. I look at the user guide, but it didn't say not to support WPF.
