I'd been using a beta copy of the latest release...when it expired, and I installed the release copy from the MS web site, the new copy would not accept my license key.
anyone know a number where I can call or an email address that can help me without paying the $99 for support?

By the way - I am the main moderator on this form, but have just had a liver transplant and can only help out as my health permits. I'll be back full-time as soon as I'm well.
Don't even THINK about our problems until you are back on your feet. MS is a big company and there are many others who will be able to help us. I posted here hoping it wouldn't disturb you... sorry to do that.
