I'm trying to install Expression Studio 2 and I'm not getting very far.  When I get to the "Folder Location" screen right after the "License Agreement" screen, the NEXT button stays grayed out.  I cannot get past this screen no matter what I try.  I'm sure this is a simple fix, but I'm totally frustrated by this.

I was able to install Visual Studio 2008 with no problems.  Any help is tremendously appreciated.

So I spent an hour on the phone with Microsoft support today, and by the time they had figured out what I was telling them the problem was, they informed me that I would need to pay an additional $259 for a support agreement.  Is it me, or is that completely assinine given that I'm not even able to install the stupid thing in the first place?  Shouldn't I get at least enough support to get me in to the program?  Is this normal, or are they picking on me?  If that's truly the case, then why not bump up the price to purchase and make support free, so the customer's not dead in the water when a situation like mine crops up?

If anyone can help that would be great.  Otherwise, I'm done with this crappy product and service, and I'll just shut up and pay someone to make my stupid little site.

    Thanks for listening...
