Best video load response time
Best video load response time
- I want to run several video clips one right after another. I don't mind dynaically creating the media or canvas controls then loading the movie - then running - then closing, but I can't figure out haow to quicken it up. I want to do them fast. Some be be very small clips, others not so small. I do it normally and it is too slow (It sometimes takes 1/2 second to begin) I need it to be as close to instant as possible.
I can't preload because there maybe hundreds of video files that could be played.

It isnt going to get any quicker I am affraid because the delay you are seeing is the load time and this will always need to occur.
You could look at instantiating Media Player(s) which will allow you to pre-load the clips before playing back, so you could create some sort of queing system
