Suddenly I cannot attach a DWT to an HTML?  When I select the file in the &quot;<strong>Folder List</strong>&quot; then go to &quot;<strong>Format</strong>&quot; then &quot;<strong>Dynamic Web Template</strong>&quot; then &quot;<strong>Attach Dynamic Web Template</strong>&quot; the options are available, however when I do select it and release .... nothing happens.  Any suggestions would really be appreciated.<br/><br/>Thanks<br/><br/>Ed© 2009 Microsoft Corporation.
