QuestionExpression web 3 convertion from trial to full so the S/n is accepted

    My o/s Vista business. I used expression web for 57 days liked it and decided to buy on line  received the S/n code  then tried to activate the trial version .
    nothing happened. I went back to the purchase order where in small print it says will not work with the trial version.

    I have searched high and low for a non trial version and I can not find one . I do find many sites offering to sell but I realy do not wish to pay twice !! This is now 7 days of search ( not all the time but each day an hour or two) Please someone Help

    If you bought the full version, the seller you bought it from will have sent you a download link.  That's not up to us to find for you - we can't.  (Was it Digital River?  Ask them.)

    But, as was explained in your first post on this, the key DOES work on the trial.  There is no way for us to know why, if yours is not working.

    You'll still probably want to download the other programs included with EW3.

    And, finally, asking a question twice does not generate a different answer.

    Thank you Kathy, I am new to forums and could not find my first posting and therefore thought it was lost or that I asked in the wrong way and it was  thrashed - sorry for any inconvenience  to you or the forum - I now know the way and do not wish to waste your time or mine.
    Yes it was Digital River and I have emailed them twice on line without reply. It is so frustrating when things do not work the way they are supposed to.
    Now that I know it is supposed to work - I will keep trying, maybe D R have a website where I can get information
