Hey All,  i am trying to upgrade from expressions web to expressions web 3.   I go to page  http://www.microsoft.com/expression/products/Upgrade.aspx click upgrade expression web and recieve this message "There are currently no items in your shopping cart. Please use the browser’s back button to select another product. "
I am fully licensed but cannot seem to purchase the upgrade.  Any ideas?

We're just EW users, so we don't have any information on how that works.

Are you browsing there with IE? There have been interface problems with other browsers (not that page specifically). Use IE.

Flush your cache and clear your temp files. Couldn't hurt.

Don't use that link. Go here http://www.microsoft.com/expression/products/Purchase.aspx#PageTop and click the Buy Now button for the upgrade. That will put it in your cart and you can then check out.

    cheers,

    Plural's don't have apostrophe's. It seem's sometime's that any word's ending in "s" get a gratuitous apostrophe. Apostrophe's are used to indicate possessive's and elision's (contraction's or abbreviation's).
