i have a desktop with XP and a new laptop with Windows 7.
i need to replace my 1998 MS FrontPage program.
i know that Expressions Web 3 will work on both computers. BUT, i saw an ad that it can be installed ONLY at one workstation. Am i allowed to load the program on both of my computers or do i have to buy the product twice??

I have no idea what ad you saw, but it gave you the wrong idea.  The license for EW is per user, not per machine.  You can install it on both of your machines if you are the only user of EW on each machine.
