QuestionAttach dynamic web template isn't working

    Suddenly I cannot attach a DWT to an HTML?  When I select the file in the "Folder List" then go to "Format" then "Dynamic Web Template" then "Attach Dynamic Web Template" the options are available, however when I do select it and release .... nothing happens.  Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
