    Hi there,

Last night I held a very successful launch party for Windows 7 and I want to send a big thank you all involved with the project because I find its just a great OS more than any other Windows release since Windows started.

But could I please make a small suggestion to you folks at Microsoft, Not all people in this great world of ours are blessed with the ability to hear.

In saying so my suggestion would be a simple add on that could effect your sales on a world wide scale, that is that with your advertising online and tutorials can you please make an option available to customers that are hearing impaired or deaf.

The main reason behind this is that hearing impaired people miss out on a  lot of the "normal" information that you give to everyday hearing world which is a great help in understanding how Windows 7 has changed and what's new and some of these are great features.

At my launch party last night I had to have a translator sign to all our my deaf friends what I was explaining to them about how great Windows 7 is and this worked well and I must say well over 95% of my guest will be purchasing Windows 7 in the very near future.

As a whole, the deaf community world wide is becoming more reliant on the internet for direct communication to each other and the hearing world, be it my the use of text based software such as windows live which also allows them to sign to each other or be being able to use online text to voice translation services that are available to them.

It just seems a shame that your great informational and instruction demo's / video's do not have a subtitle facility, world wide I feel you may be missing out on a huge amount of sales, but more importantly the hearing impaired people are missing out on the great news about Windows 7 and that's a crying shame.

    Regards,

    Stephen Lord
