Help need badly with program files missing!!!!!
- uninstalling HP printer as per their instructions this mornig all my files seemed to disapear. under start, all programs nothing. all my shortcuts on screen disapeared. using windows one care reinstall i installed all 9 backup saved disc and nothing. still the same and windows one care wont even turn on now. pictures and music is still there and so are most of the files under computer c program files64 . all i want to do is do a system restore but i dont have the accissories, system tools, system restore. where can i just find this one item to restore my computer to yesterdays settings that worked??? i tried using my mini external drive to reinstall but it only saves misic documents and pictures, not program files. and i did the restore under windows one care with my backup disc i have made, dint work. please come up with something as i am pretty much computer illiterate. also i cant get windows defender to work now also.

Forums Test Lead- click on start then help and type in system restore and it should work
