    Hello,

I recently upgraded my computer to one that runs Vista. I re-downloaded Expression Media 2. I tried to input the license number I'd received when I upgraded iView MediaPro to Expression Media 2, and was told it was invalid. I paid $200 for this program, how do I get it back on my computer? I have several catalogs that I need to work with.

    Thanks,

    Carolyn

    Hi Carolyn,

Did you perhaps use the key we provided for iView customers to upgrade to Expression Media V1? That won't work on V2. How did you purchase Expression Media 2? If online, do you have the confirmation email? That would probably have a key on it for V2. If not, you can forward the confirmation mail to us at xmforum at microsoft.com, and we'll send you a V2 key.

If you have the media itself, swing the little plastic DVD holder out of the casing and look on the back of it. There should be an orange sticker with the key on it.

    Regards,
