"No Importer found For Media File" ErrorI am using a trial version of expression media and have the latest service pack and revision. I could previously read all my jpeg files with no problems, but now when I open my catalogue, many of the jpeg files just display the error listed in the name of my topic. The pictures open in windows media player and photoshop and their thumbnails display in windows explorer. If I make a new catalogue, and drag the photos in there from windows explorer, they also display. Is there anyway to rescue my current catalogue and make it display the jpegs so I don't have to retag all 2000 of the pictures?© 2009 Microsoft Corporation. If you aren't on 2096 you aren't using the latest build. If you are on 2096, try selecting all the bad jpegs, and going to Action --> rebuild items.

Regards,
Anita OakleyFri, 03 Jul 2009 18:40:33 Z2009-07-03T18:40:33Zhttp://social.expression.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/media/thread/72e2dc3c-62c6-4a4a-af93-0bb99ff312b6#55589ea9-7409-4ada-b019-eec143b7bd3chttp://social.expression.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/media/thread/72e2dc3c-62c6-4a4a-af93-0bb99ff312b6#55589ea9-7409-4ada-b019-eec143b7bd3cJimJesushttp://social.expression.microsoft.com/Profile/en-US/?user=JimJesus"No Importer found For Media File" ErrorThat cleared my problem right up, thank you.Thu, 09 Jul 2009 12:43:52 Z2009-07-09T12:43:52Z
