QuestionError C004D301 - Unable to install any Expression product

    I am recieving the following error when attempting to install any Expression product.

    1: InstallLicenses: ERROR: Failed to initialize SLDL. HRESULT: C004D301 
    1: InstallLicenses: ERROR: Failed to close SLDL. HRESULT: 80070057 
    CustomAction InstallLicenses returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
    Action ended 23:39:58: InstallFinalize. Return value 3.

    The problems all started when I was installing Blend 2 and the installer crashed before completing. I was able to restart Windows and run the uninstaller so I can redo a clean install. Unfortunately I can't install any Expression software after that.

    I have already tried removing and readding .Net framework.

    Any ideas?
