Problem ordering Studio 3 from Official Site

I'm sorry to post this here except I have been unable to get a response from Customer Service so I am hoping that someone official at MS reads this and can get the appropriate people involved.

I have been trying to order licenses for Studio 3 from the official website, which redirects to a store at digitalriver.com

I tried ordering both an upgrade license for a user who already has Studio 2 and a new license for a new employee -- both failed with the error:

There was a problem processing your order. This may occur if we have not received your payment. Please contact us if you have questions on your order.

We are sorry, but we are unable to complete your request.
The following problem(s) exist:

There was a problem processing your key request
We are reviewing your purchase at this time. You will receive a confirmation email with your Product Key as well as download instructions when our review has been completed. Please allow up to 24 hours for our review to be completed before inquiring about the status of your order.

This was several days ago. I have not received a response from customer service on either account I purchased from, and my order status requests have also gone unacknowledged. I have received NO emails whatsoever regarding these orders. There is no phone number on the site to contact a live body to resolve this, and I don't even know whether my CC was charged yet.

I need the software TODAY and so I either need them to deliver on the order immediately or I need to cancel it and need another more reliable place to order from.

If anyone from MS can forward a link to this post to the proper channels, or preferably post a phone number to a live person I can talk to about it, I would be greatly appreciative.

Additionally, if anyone can recommend a reliable site for ordering Expression Studio 3 that can support electronic delivery of the software and license keys, I would be greatly appreciative of that as well.
