Each 5 seconds buffering while I'm looking to a smooth streaming video
- I'm expirimenting with a smooth streaming video. When I uploading files via ftp and at the same time looking to a smooth streaming video ... the video buffering each 5 seconds ... why goes the quality of the video not go down ?
The videos are encoded with the Expression Encoder 3 but my player

- If you are using the "Silverlight 3 Default" template -- you can click on the "display stats graph" button (furthest on the right, tooltip reads "show graphs" )
The stats graph will show the bitrates availble and show which bitrates are currenly being played (red) currently being downloaded(blue) and the rendered frame rate (green) and the measured download bandwidth (orange)
You can also click on the bitrate graph labels to force the player to limit the max bitrate to the label clicked on.
