<p>New install of Encoder 2 SP2. Attempting live encoding.<br/><br/>ERROR with Canon HV20 over firewire (one of the most popular HDV cameras): <br/><strong>Cannot create device. The device may be in use by another program.<br/></strong><br/>Input shows up as <strong>Microsoft AV/C Tape Subunit Device</strong>.<br/><br/>Camera works fine with all Adobe capture programs.<br/><br/>Expression works fine with another Samsung DV camera but not with the better HDV Canon HV20. Go to Menu in HV20<br/> 2. Go down 2 items to the &quot;Play/Out Setup2&quot; item<br/> 3. Select DV Output<br/> 4.
