Encoder 3 Screen Capture Error
Sometimes when I use Expression Encoder 3's Screen Capture, finish the screen capture and the program starts to generate the preview, after the program has worked on the preview for a little while I receive the error message that there is a corrupt file and get no preview. The only sure way of not receiving the same error on a subsequent Screen Capture run is not shut down the computer and restart. Simply closing Screen Capture and starting it again is no guarantee.
Has someone seen this before?

- Have you changed the temporary output folder?
- I left everything at the default settings. I am not sure about temporary. All I see is the job output directory, which in my case is C:\Documents and Settings\William LaMartin\My Documents\Expression\Expression Encoder\Output

anyone have more information on this error ? It quite often happens when I use screen capturing.
On the last error, I attached a debugger and got the following exception details : {"Largeur spécifiée non valide. La valeur doit être un nombre pair compris entre 64 et 4096 et un multiple de 4."} (invalid width, the value must be an even number between 64 and 4096 and be divisible by 4).
The same window (W:900x H:676, which are both / by 4), a few minutes earlier was recorded without any errors...
Any help would be greatly appreciated so if anyone have an idea or a work-around :)- So the error is about preview window only accepting the width and height can be /ed by 4.
If you go to the temp directory (if unchanged, it'll be C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Temp) and list the files by date it generated. You will see the .xesc file eescreen just generated. That is the file that is going to be previewed and saved.
Please kindly let me know the size of that file. Also, are you using a non-standard dpi? Thanks for bringing it up and we'll look into it on our side.
