QuestionEncoder 3 appcrash after h.264 encoding begin (on Windows Server 2008)

    1. I am using Encoder 3 on Windows server 2008 on a HP 1U server with ATI ES1000 display, and using the latest driver.
    2. After importing a VOB video file, I saw "Video hardware not found" message and no preview is available.
    3. I try using the default WMV/VC1/WMA preset and begin encoding, everything fine without any error.
    4. Then I try using the default MP4/H264/AAC preset and begin encoding, it crash immediately and the encoder exits.
    5. The error details saying EncoderUI encountered a APPCRASH... etc.

    Any advise or workaround for me to solve this issue? Should I take the procedures mentioned in KB191660?
