Expression Design crashes with the following error whenever I try to start it: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click OK to terminate the application.<br/> <br/> I tried running it in safe mode as I've seen suggested and it worked. So, I tried turning off all 3d acceleration, and it still crashes.<br/> <br/> Next I did a repair on the .NET framework 3.5, but that didn't help.<br/> <br/> any suggestions?© 2009 Microsoft Corporation.
