In that screen if you click on the button it will not work, I think it is a bug. this problem will appear in XP also...
But, If you Press the ENTER Button in the Keyboard it will go to next screen. and you can continue installation successfully..
I hope this will help you :)

Hi,
in the following screen
http://img208.imageshack.us/img208/9942/blend3setup.png
the problem is when the user clicks on the area - "button kind of highlighted area [expression blend 3] along with the checkbox and image".
it should proceed with next screen, at present if user clicks on any number of times in that area which resembles like a button - it will not work.... is this issue fixed ?
if user should click only the enter key y to proceed to the next screen then there is no message "Press Enter Key To Continuee..." , so that user will not know that he should press enter key from the keyboard...

As Christopher mentioned "The setup development team has fixed this issue and it will be available in the next release of Blend." Pressing enter should continue with the installation.
