QuestionBlend 3 is not currently installed - Expression Encoder

    I get this error when I try to "Edit a Copy of a Template in Blend". I get the same for "Edit a Copy of a Template in Visual Studio".  I have the Blend 3 official version downloaded from MSDN.
    I have the correct version of Visual Studio 2008 with SP1and also the Blend SDK 1.0.1327.0.
    I have read many post describing similiar problems and I have checked registry keys. I cannot se anything that is wrong.
    Would it be worth it to deinstall/reinstall all that has to do with Expression xxx?
    Can someone be kind enough to point out registry keys to be checked, in case I forgot some.
    I have seen a description of a work around but I will do that as a last resort.
