Ex Media App won't open.
- Hi folks,
I'm on an iMac with OS 10.5.7. suddenly Expression Media won't open. The icon twitches once then nothing. Tried opening from the dock and the menu. Alos tried opening a catalog. Nothing. The info panel says "Last opened" at the time I've made unsuccessful attempts.
What to do?

- Have you rebooted your machine? Possibly Media is running hidden. I've not seen that on the Mac before, but hidden processes frequently prevent any new starts from being visible. A reboot might let you start all over.

Anita Oakley - EM2 still doesn't repond. Worthless. We're not used to this sort ofstuff in the MAC world. I can't believe Microsoft doesn't have free support. This is the last money I ever spend with them.

I've re-booted, I've trashed preferences. I've re-installed the app. Nothing has worked so far.
It opens a copy of times then it decides not to. Rather frustrating.
I have no trouble with my Abobe, Apple and other programs. Microsoft office won't hold custom icons and a lot of other buggy behavior. Med Ex just doesn't work at all.
Very sad. - Did you e-mail the MS support folks as Anita offered? Address is: xforum_at_microsoft.com. Just replace _at_ with @ and shoot them a note. Be sure to explain in detail what's going on, along with the text of any error messages. Be sure to include your contact info.
They were most helpful when I had an issue.
